Yo, if you’re hunting for a fresh Chinese manhua that jumps straight into that “weak kid snaps and becomes broken OP” urban cultivation vibe, I Became the Supreme Martial God Through Dream Reincarnation (aka Dream Cycle Reincarnation: I Became the Supreme Martial God or 梦境轮回，我成为了武道至高神) is literally one of the newest drops right now (May 2026, only a handful of chapters out).
The setup is simple but hits quick: Chen Mu keeps getting dragged into the same nightmare where blood crows are sucking his life force dry. His qi and blood levels tank so bad he gets expelled from school after a month of hell. Dude’s finally had enough—he clenches his fist, fights back in the dream, and in that life-or-death moment he awakens straight-up saint-level mind power (telekinesis, baby). Early panels already show him testing the new power in the real world while the dream threat keeps looping, and the art has that clean, high-energy Chinese manhua style with solid action and glowing power effects.
Since it’s brand new, real talk—there aren’t tons of full reviews yet on Reddit’s r/manhua or anywhere else. I checked early comment sections on scan sites and a couple threads; most people are hyped and saying “high hopes it’s as good as [other quick-power fantasy titles]” or “feels like Logging 10K into the Future but with dreams.” The novel it’s based on (by 村里无敌帅) is already completed at over 1.4 million characters, so the source material exists if you wanna read ahead, but the manhua adaptation is still cooking.
It’s giving classic weak-to-strong martial arts with a dream-reincarnation twist that keeps things fresh so far—no big red flags in the first bits. If you’re into modern wuxia where the MC starts low and flips the script fast, this one’s worth throwing on your list while it’s fresh. I’d give it a hopeful 7.3/10 for now based on the hook and early buzz—too soon to call it a banger or bust, but the premise slaps. Grab the first few chapters and see if the dream cycle keeps you hooked.
